Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Organizational Development Coordinator to join our HR team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about fostering employee development and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify organizational development needs and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Program Development: Help develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure they meet organizational needs.
  • Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving organizational processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data related to employee performance, engagement, and development to inform decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, department managers, and external consultants to implement development programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the organizational development field.
