As a

RPO

Recruiting Coordinator - Onboarding Specialist

you are responsible for administration and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. Successful candidates will have a strong service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:Responsible for welcoming newly hired employees and walking them through the onboarding journeyResponsible for data audit and setup of employee profiles in internal HR systemsBe the primary point of contact for hiring managers and newly hired (future) employeesProvide reporting and project updates to team lead or senior managementPrioritize and manage workload to meet critical deadlinesAct as a subject matter expert and make recommendations on how to improve process efficiencyBe responsible for Off-boarding employees and updating client databaseEnsure compliance with all processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Basic qualifications include:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 6 months recruitment support, administration and/or customer service experience

Preferred qualifications include:Excellent written and oral communication skillsApplicant tracking system experienceSolid understanding of MS Office/Google productsProven ability to work within a team environmentAbility to take direction and execute a planDetail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobsTrack record of proven results
