Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Documentation Specialist to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support HR documentation and record-keeping functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management: Assist in managing and maintaining HR documents and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Policy Documentation: Help develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR documentation complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and training records.
  • Data Entry: Input and update employee information in the HRIS system.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on HR documentation and provide insights for management review.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents for meetings and presentations.
  • Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing for internal and external HR audits.
  • Communication: Communicate with employees regarding HR documentation and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR documentation field.
