Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support compensation and benefits functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Analysis: Assist in analyzing compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable salary structures.
  • Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Policy Implementation: Help develop, update, and communicate compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits data in the HRIS system.
  • Employee Support: Provide support to employees regarding compensation and benefits queries and issues.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on compensation and benefits metrics for management review.
  • Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking studies to compare company compensation and benefits against industry standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the compensation and benefits team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the compensation and benefits field.
