Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates eager to start their careers in human resources, specifically focusing on employee compensation and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company benefits.
  • Compensation Support: Help manage the company's compensation structure, including salary surveys, benchmarking, and ensuring internal equity.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits in the HRIS.
  • Employee Communication: Communicate benefits information to employees and address any queries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Reporting: Generate reports related to compensation and benefits for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
