Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Benefits Coordinator to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to assist in managing employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Employee Support: Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Communication: Assist in communicating benefits information to employees through various channels, including meetings, newsletters, and email.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Policy Implementation: Help implement benefits policies and procedures.
  • Benefits Analysis: Conduct analysis and research to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of benefits programs.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on benefits utilization and trends for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
