Position Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Compensation Analyst to join our HR team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and compensation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of compensation data to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market standards.
  • Salary Benchmarking: Assist in benchmarking company salaries against industry standards to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Job Evaluations: Conduct job evaluations and classification reviews to determine appropriate salary levels.
  • Compensation Reports: Prepare and present compensation reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing compensation policies and procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and related policies.
  • HRIS Management: Update and manage compensation data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the compensation management field.
