
Crisis Management Lead- International Service Provider

Job Summary:The Crisis Management team is responsible for the monitoring, analysis, evaluation and response to all potentially disruptive events on a 24x7 basis. The team plays a crucial role in ensuring our global workforce is kept safe by providing early warning and advisories for such events. The team also helps to coordinate responses to support our employees globally during crises. The role involves interacting with multiple stakeholders across HR, Admin, Delivery and other business leaders through collecting and disseminating relevant information on a timely basis. Apart from this, the team undertakes other assignments such as risk assessments, facility audits and ad-hoc research on various potential issues that could have impact on company//'s operations or associate safety.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
•Lead the Crisis Monitoring team in gathering risk intelligence from various channels of information on potential threats and upcoming disruptions
•Prepare and present risk outlooks, monthly and quarterly reports to various forums
•Prepare and release communications to stakeholders such as associates, leadership, clients, etc.
•Support the team as per requirements during crisis situations.
•Prepare and release emergency communications over various channels.
•Lead process improvements, automation and annual testing exercises including call tree and simulation testing.
•Carry out research of various evolving situations and present the analysis to leadership
•Prepare and maintain various collaterals such as documents, decks and other creatives.
•Represent the team during external audits and ensure compliance to ISO 22301 guidelines.
•Support other Risk & Crisis management initiatives.Skills:
•Good command over English, especially written communication and presentation skills preferably with experience in corporate communications.
•Prior knowledge or experience in crisis management, business continuity or risk management would be an advantage, but not essential; required training will be provided.
•Prior experience in handling audits/compliance assurance assignments would be an advantage.
•Ability to act quickly during emergency situations
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
•Good interpersonal communication skills and a team player
