RoleThis role is responsible for shaping and protecting the company's reputation, building our brand narrative, and leading all internal and external communication strategies. A key component of this position is developing and executing our crisis management and issues response plans. The incumbent will be responsible for Corporate Reputation , Policy Advocacy, Emerging Mobility, Global Business and Global Sports.
A purpose driven role for youManage all aspects of media relations, including proactive outreach, press release distribution, and spokesperson training.
Strategically Build and Enhance the Corporate Reputation of Hero MotoCorp in the public domain – both domestic and globally
Be the Custodian of the Corporate Reputation of Hero MotoCorp. through a 360 degrees holistic approach towards all relevant stakeholder groups including Media, Policy Makers, Policy Influencers, Regulators, Investors & Strategic Partners.
Establish Hero MoroCorp as responsible social citizen by highlighting CSR initiatives
Build Hero's thought leadership through local & global events
Proactive & Strategic approach to enhance the public profiling of the Chairman & CEO, the Leadership Team & the Board of Directors – both in the domestic market and globally.
Provide strategic counsel and support to C-suite executives on speaking engagements, media interviews
This includes the entire spectrum of corporate and product communication, starting from strategic conceptualization to effective implementation on the entire range of products, including ICE vehicles & Electric Vehicles.
Take complete ownership to leverage all the marquee sports associations
Be responsible for new product launches & reviews
Work closely with marketing & sales teams to maintain brand leadership
Proactively take the Lead in crisis management through strategic communication approach/tools
Be the Lead and the SPoC for all crises at the Enterprise level as well as in all the assigned areas of responsibilities.
Prepare a Crisis Communication & Management Play Book for any potential crisis situations that may emerge and the escalation/chain of command protocols therein.
Anticipate & act on potential crisis and manage the situations effectively and quickly
Work closely with the marketing team to amplify messaging & campaigns
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and social media strategy in collaboration with the Marketing team and that aligns with overall corporate communication objectives. This includes defining key messages, identifying target audiences, and selecting the right platforms and content formats.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content for all corporate digital channels, including social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram), the company blog, and the corporate website. Ensure all content is on-brand and in line with company values.
Corporate Reputation both in India & globally - Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that supports business goals.

Post graduate , preferably master with specialization in Mass communications
A minimum of 19 years of progressive experience in corporate, brand, or public relations, with at least 8-12 years in a senior leadership roles and managing large teams and agencies

Strong media relations skills .
