- **Social and Emotional Support**:Counseling students on social skills, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution.
- **Crisis Intervention**:Providing immediate support and resources to students experiencing crisis situations.
- **Collaboration**:Working with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- **Student Assessment**:Assessing students' abilities, interests, and learning styles to inform academic and career planning.
- **Referral Services**:Connecting students and families with appropriate resources for mental health, academic support, or other needs.
- **Program Development**:Developing and implementing school-wide programs on topics like bullying prevention, suicide prevention, and social-emotional learning.

Pay: ₹88,000.00 - ₹98,000.00 per month
