They're the financial captain, managing the budget and collaborating across departments, ensuring clear communication. They would identify and eliminate obstacles to create a thriving learning environment.Responsibilities :1. Lead the Newton School of Technology campus.2. Manage its strategy, identify and eliminate obstacles that prevent the team from achieving its goals, and ensure effective communication within and across teams3. Manage P&L and cross-functional teams at campus and coordinate initiatives with the central program team4. Work closely with academics and student success teams to derive clear visibility of students' progress and drive outcomes. This role requires working in close synergy with the academic team5. Setup processes and constantly look for ways to improve engagement levels and performance of the students through improvement in pedagogy, content, and class delivery6. Manager campus student's experience charter, campus-level marketing, and branding 7. Work closely with placement and training cell to partner with industries, deliver internship and placement outcomes8. Manage strong collaboration and bonding with the partner universityRequirements :1. Minimum experience of 6+ years of experience in Category Management2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with prior software development experience is preferred3. Goal-driven and works well in fast-paced environments4. Balance between setting up long-term processes while also hacking your way through achieving goals in the short term5. Empathy toward students and desire for aspirational outcomes for all students6. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
