Lead the Operations team effectively managing production processes to achieve business goals and drive continuous improvement in a leading industrial manufacturing company Heading the entire operations of the plant you will report into the MD oversee the company s manufacturing and supply chain operations You will be responsible for Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality and executing the strategic plan for operations group Production Quality Purchase and W H in terms of manpower machinery Quality inventory or introduction of new process in line with the organization target evolving business needs and deliver Operational Excellence Ensuring compliance with safety environmental regulations and Product Quality adherence as per customer requirements and Internal Specification and on time delivery of all projects products Developing strategic plans to increase productivity and performance and directing annual budgeting and planning process for operations group Understanding potential requirements of raw materials during month quarter year based on production Understand consumption trends inventory levels of small and critical items lead time required and plan inventory accordingly Planning executing various initiatives to make existing products competitive through optimization improvements in manufacturing processes Minimize waste maximize Value Add Use of LEAN 6 Sigma methodologies Only candidates with 20 years of experience should applyOnly candidates with production experience in EMS Electronics industry to applyA successful VP Operations should have 20 years of overall experience in EMS Electronics Electrical manufacturing industry Should be a full time engineer preferably from electrical electronics batch and Open to Pune as a location Candidate should come with manufacturing and procurement experience in his previous stints and should be a proven leader by managing multiple people in your team A well-established industrial control firm with over 2 000 employees recognized for innovative solutions and engineering excellence in the electronics manufacturing sector An enriching opportunity to lead operations and the P L of the plant in a recognized manufacturing company fostering a culture of excellence innovation and continuous improvement
