We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Partnerships & Alliances Manager to drive and manage strategic collaborations in the IT ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM platforms and a proven track record in building and nurturing successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances in the IT and SaaS space
  • Build go-to-market strategies with partners to drive mutual growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Track, measure, and report on partnership performance and ROI
  • Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings

Requirements:

  • 3 -10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances in the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a strong plus)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Nice to Have:

  • Existing network within the Salesforce or broader CRM ecosystem
  • Experience with co-selling or ISV partnership models.
