Job Overview Redstring is seeking a B2B Sales professional to join our expanding team. This is a fresher-level, full-time position based in Lucknow. The role is essential for driving our business growth by engaging with potential clients and exploring new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 1 year of experience and demonstrate a keen interest in sales and customer acquisition. Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated ability in lead generation, identifying potential clients through varied channels. Proficiency in cold calling, showcasing confidence in reaching out to new prospects for setting meetings. Experience in sales prospecting, with a knack for identifying customer needs and creating tailored solutions. Familiarity with CRM software for managing client interactions and compiling sales data effectively. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and nurturing client relationships. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment focusing on startup dynamics. Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines under pressure. Understanding of the B2B sales cycle and ability to actively contribute to strategy discussions and implementations. Roles and Responsibilities Identify and engage with potential business clients, utilizing effective sales techniques to establish contact. Execute cold calling campaigns to reach new leads, converting prospects into sales opportunities. Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales prospects, continuously nurturing relationships to close deals. Collaborate closely with the team to align on sales strategies and share market insights. Utilize CRM software to track all customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records. Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering appropriate solutions and services. Assist in refining sales processes and strategies by providing feedback and contributing ideas for improvement. Report on sales activities, providing insights and updates to management about progress and market challenges.
