Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners, developing strategies to increase enrollment, and managing marketing initiatives. The role involves conducting market research, attending industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to promote and enhance the ICON brand. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring market trends, negotiating contracts, and presenting business proposals to potential clients.

  • Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Strategic Planning and Market Research abilities
  • Relationship Management and Networking skills
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
