Job Title: Area Sales Officer – Wood Adhesives

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Officer to strengthen our Wood Adhesives business in the assigned region. The ASO will be responsible for achieving area sales targets, expanding distribution, and ensuring strong customer relationships with retailers, distributors, contractors, and OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and collection targets for the assigned area.
  • Develop and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, OEMs, and contractors.
  • Support distributor appointment and ensure effective product availability in the market.
  • Conduct regular field visits to promote products and build market presence.
  • Execute sales plans and promotional activities as per company strategy.
  • Provide timely market feedback, competitor updates, and sales reports to management.
  • Ensure discipline in reporting, sales documentation, and adherence to company policies.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in sales (preferably in adhesives, paints, building materials, or FMCG).
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Other: Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively in the assigned area.
