Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive Volkswagen sales in Pattambi, Ottappalam, Cherpulassery and nearby areas. The role requires strong sales expertise, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Volkswagen vehicles within the assigned territory.
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct field visits, product presentations, and test drives.
  • Work independently without branch sitting; full responsibility for territory performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report regularly to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in automobile sales (Volkswagen or premium car brand experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Candidates must be based in or willing to work around Pattambi, Ottappalam, Cherpulassery.
  • Must hold a valid driving license.
