Location: Pattambi / Ottappalam / Cherpulassery (nearby areas)
Job Type: Full-time, Field Sales (No branch sitting)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive Volkswagen sales in Pattambi, Ottappalam, Cherpulassery and nearby areas. The role requires strong sales expertise, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Volkswagen vehicles within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct field visits, product presentations, and test drives.
- Work independently without branch sitting; full responsibility for territory performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report regularly to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in automobile sales (Volkswagen or premium car brand experience preferred).
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidates must be based in or willing to work around Pattambi, Ottappalam, Cherpulassery.
- Must hold a valid driving license.
