Job Profile

Looking for AVP Sales , who will be responsible for leading the Sales team. A well versed candidate who has an experience in tracking the daily performance of his Team Leaders and Sales personnel reporting to the team leaders. Along with performance tracking, a major focus should also be on generating 2X revenue through team members as a result of holding an accountability of the P&L of that vertical.

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the overall P&L of his unit.The incumbent will be responsible for setting up & managing the Sales team.Should be able to drive and execute a scalable process driven Sales ecosystem.This includes formulating & executing the overall business plan, hiring the team across levels, engage in Business Development & product identification.Responsible to control quality of business & implement processes.Responsible for increasing the market share, motivating, and building effective Relationships both with internal & external stakeholders.

Must Have:

Experience in dealing into B2C SalesExperience in managing sales teams (Approx. number - 30+ people)Should have excellent leadership & people management skills.Should have proven record of leading high aggressive and target oriented team.Should have excellent communications skills and high on Emotional Quotient.Stability with the companies worked with.Output driving capability
