Role Description

We are seeking a Sponsorship Manager to join APL eSports on a contract basis. This is a remote role where you will spearhead our sponsorship efforts, driving partnerships, and creating impactful collaborations to support the company’s growth. The Sponsorship Manager will play a critical role in managing sponsorship sales, influencer sponsorships, communication, activation strategies, and event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sponsorship sales to secure impactful partnerships.- Cultivate and manage influencer sponsorships, connecting brands with our network of streamers and creators.- Develop and execute creative sponsorship activation strategies that deliver value for partners.- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term collaborations.- Plan and manage sponsorship-related events, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment.- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth for APL eSports.- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new partnership opportunities within gaming, eSports, and influencer marketing spaces.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Sponsorship Sales and Sales Strategies.- Strong experience in Influencer Sponsorships, including talent acquisition and campaign management.- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.- Demonstrated ability to build lasting partnerships and foster business relationships.- Experience in sponsorship activation and event management with measurable success.- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.- Background in the gaming or eSports industry is highly preferred.- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
