**Job Title: Sponsorship Executive**

Location: Remote

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sponsorship Executive to join our team. The Sponsorship Executive will play a crucial role in securing funds and building strategic partnerships to support our social impact initiatives.

We are hiring you for this WFH job to get sponsors for this social cause.

You have to find the sponsors who can advertise, sponsor their brand name visibility, products Services through our physical offline trainings and Placements

**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and engage potential sponsors, including corporations, foundations, Local businesses aligning their goals with UptoSkills mission and objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring regular communication and providing updates on the impact of their contributions.
Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations, highlighting the benefits and opportunities associated with supporting UptoSkills initiatives.
Track and report on sponsorship revenue and effectiveness, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sponsorship and fundraising, adapting strategies as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
Proven experience in sponsorship management, fundraising, or business development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with sponsors.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of the social impact sector and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of students.

**Salary**: As per Market Standards OR Hike on current.
