Role and Responsibilities :

- Advanced Triage and support in the daily operations for Archtics Ticketing platform part of the Ticketmaster


- Core systems of monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure highly available systems and performance.

- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and proactively address potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies.

- Standardize and use industry leading tools in improving System Operations observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Nobl9, OpenSearch, etc.

- Incident Response : Respond and provide insights to Major Incidents and the Incident Management team for Archtics Engineering also, Provide review of logs, data collection and offer suggestions to prevent reoccurrence and effectively communicate Service Levels for Operations.


- On-Call Daily Support : Provide on-call support for critical incidents, responding promptly to emergencies and guiding the incident response team in resolving issues effectively. Maintain a sense of urgency and ownership in resolving client-facing problems.

- Client Communication : Act as point of contact to respond to daily issues for International Archtics Support for disruptions while maintaining a customer-centric approach to service.

- Remote Support : Utilize your experience in providing remote support for various applications to troubleshoot and resolve client-reported issues effectively.

- Database Management : Support, rebuild, upgrade, and troubleshoot databases, with a particular focus on the SQLAnywhere database platform. Implement optimizations to enhance database performance and stability.

Required Skills :

- Experience providing remote support (any type of application)

- Experience with transactional databases operations (supporting, rebuilding, upgrading, troubleshooting)

- Understanding and working knowledge of Ansible Automation Platform or AWX scripting for automating routine tasks, managing Windows systems, and interacting with databases.

- Ability to review logs in Splunk, Open Search and perform advanced queries to build dashboards and monitor system level objectives.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Enterprise Environments operating systems, managing Active Directory, patching /server configuration (including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. (Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022, Windows File and Folder Sharing)

- Expertise with factors relating to server performance (server configuration, disk fragmentation, memory allocation) and managing High Availability Solutions

- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMWare or Hyper-V for server consolidation and management.

- Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure and best practices (AWS, Kubernetes)

- A working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) to write queries and interact with data

- Experience with Data Streaming solutions (Kafka preferred)

- Strong understanding of data log and analysis of trends (Grafana,Prometheus,Elastic Search,etc.)
