Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with 5-8 years of proven experience in driving sales, managing client relationships, and developing business opportunities. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA degree and possess expertise in Salesforce, E-commerce, DevOps, Web Applications and Websites, Mobile Applications, CRM, and ITSM Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted domains including Salesforce, E-commerce, DevOps, Web and Mobile Applications, CRM, and ITSM solutions.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

· Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals, respond to RFPs, and present solutions tailored to client needs.

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

· Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage post-sales client engagement.

· Work closely with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.

· Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Qualifications

· MBA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (mandatory).

· 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the technology domain.

· Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets.

· Strong understanding of Salesforce, E-commerce platforms, DevOps practices, Web and Mobile development, CRM systems, and ITSM solutions.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.

· Experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and Freshservice for ITSM-related solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
