We are seeking an ambitious Founding Engineer to join our founding team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our wellness company. You will be responsible for writing the first line of code, setting the technical vision, and building the engineering team from the ground up. What You'll Do:
Define and execute the entire development roadmap for the company
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of our initial product
Collaborate closely with the founding team to transform ideas into a scalable product
Build and scale a high-performing engineering team
Ensure the observability, stability, and quality of the product as it evolves

Role and Requirement
Role :
Head of Engineering / Tech Lead
Requirement:
3-6 years of experience of building successful production-quality systems
Strong experience of working and developing web and mobile applications in NodeJs
Exposure to front-end JavaScript frameworks such as React Js, React Native, Next Js
Extensive experience in Docker, RDBMS (MySQL / PostgreSQL), NoSQL systems such as MongoDB, Caching (Redis), Search (Elastic)
Exposure to the AWS managed service ecosystem & little devops
Exposure to consumer first products is a plus
