**About Us**

Oliv.AI is an emerging SalesTech startup headquartered in San Francisco that provides an innovative solution to help businesses scale their sales teams. We recently announced a $5.2M Seed funding round Our AI engine analyzes sales conversations to identify best practices, refine call scripts, and enable sellers with the right answers. Oliv.AI ensures that sales reps follow a golden sales process, conduct pre-call research, provide conversational insights, and complete smart next steps. We help businesses build agile revenue teams and ensure CRM hygiene with ease.

**About The Role**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Lead the creation of visually engaging and effective communication materials across diverse projects.
- Define and maintain the visual identity of Oliv.AI.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices.
- Drive the design vision and strategy in collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Develop and implement user-centered design processes to create intuitive and seamless user experiences.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all platforms and collateral

**What We Need**:

- 4-7 years of experience in designing for SaaS companies, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and creativity. AI exposure preferred
- Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of web design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional designs.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
