Role Overview
We are looking for a Founding Engineer to lead the technical development of the platform. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder, shape the product roadmap, and create a high-impact platform from the ground up.
As the Founding Engineer, you will own the entire tech stack, collaborate on product design, and drive innovation in solving the challenges of a scaled 3 sided managed marketplace.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
Full stack exposure and knowledge.
Proven experience in building and deploying mobile and web applications.
Expertise in system design, performance optimization, and API integrations.
Experience:
5 years of experience in software development, with start-ups or early-stage ventures.
Experience with marketplace or consumer-facing platforms is a plus.
Team management skills, has exhibited team building in their past experience.
Mindset & Values:

Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced start-up environment.
