Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role. As a Founding Product Analyst at SuprSend, you will play a crucial role in driving product adoption, setting up data-driven product insights, and fostering a product-led growth mindset across the organisation. You will work closely with product, engineering, sales and marketing teams to analyse product performance, conduct market research, gather user requirements and help shape the product. Your focus will be on creating seamless user experiences, optimising onboarding, and enhancing overall product adoption and reach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Product Insights: Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, customer needs, and feature adoption post-release. Analyse product performance against OKRs and suggest improvements to drive continuous growth.
  • Analytics Setup & Customer Reporting: Set up and manage product analytics dashboards to track performance, engagement, and key metrics. Work with customer data to provide valuable insights, delivering actionable reports to help customers optimize their notification strategies. Conduct monthly customer support calls to gather feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Product Adoption: Update product documentation and guides, repurpose product changelog and create implementation videos to increase product visibility across social platforms. Contribute to technical blogs covering market research and notification insights for product led growth.
  • Product Strategy: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation. Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to uncover patterns, define improvements, and help shape the next big product features.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decisions Across Company: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, organise, and analyse data. Be the voice of the customer, always pointing out what’s important by interpreting customer data and ensuring customer-centric decisions are made.
  • Feature Development & Testing: Assist in defining and prioritising product features based on data insights and customer feedback. Partner with engineering teams to support feature development, testing, and iteration.

  • Ownership: An acute sense of ownership and accountability for driving growth and achieving results. You should be comfortable working in a startup environment, where you can "figure-out" things on your own.
  • Technical Understanding: The ability to grasp technical concepts and effectively communicate them to our audience. Knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL is a must.
  • Excellence in Writing: Ability to create clear, compelling, and technically accurate content that resonates with our audience.
  • Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of our audience, their needs, and characteristics, with a strong focus on delivering value.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to break down complex problems into simple, actionable solutions.
  • Data-drive & Experimental Mindset: A track record of running data-driven experiments, understanding what works, is detail oriented, and iterate based on results.
  • Execution Excellence: Strong execution skills, with a knack for turning ideas into actions. Must have "getting things done" skillset.
  • Fast Learner: Quickly adapts to new information, tools, and environments, staying ahead of trends and changes. Should be "hungry".
  • Collaborative: Should be able to work seamlessly across teams.


Qualifications

  • Should be a B.Tech in Engineering
  • 2-4 years of experience working as business / product analyst, preferably in early stage SAAS company
  • Experience of working with dashboard visualisation tools like Metabase, Looker studio etc.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Have written content blogs or documentation in the past
  • Should have demonstrated data driven work in the past
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Video editing skills would be a plus
