Position: Account Manager - Enterprise

Location: Delhi 

Juniper Networks is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to manage our key accounts and drive sales growth in the NCR and North region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the networking industry and proven success in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position will manage Enterprise Vertical, part of India & SAARC Field Sales organization comprises of Large Enterprises and Mid-Market segments including whitespace industry vertical segments across IT Services, BFSI, Education, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, et al.
Role & Responsibilities

Owns strategy & execution for the territory which comprises customers in NCR and North up country region. Need to proactively manage the extended team of partners , distributors and Inside Sales and have coverage done through them. Driving end to end strategy for top Accounts. Monthly reviews with large Partners and distributors for their set of accounts. Develop and execute a strategic account plan for each assigned account to achieve revenue targets Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at customer accounts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to sales management Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry developments and expand network Actively participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 12+ years of sales experience working with Top customers and Partners in NCR region. Should also have relevant experience in handling verticals such as ITS, Education, Govt, Healthcare, Media, et al Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Self-motivated and able to work independently Willingness to travel as needed  Juniper is an Equal Opportunity workplace and Affirmative Action employer.
