Role: Corporate Business Development Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Type: Full-time, On-site

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Corporate Business Development Manager to drive corporate partnerships and expand our footprint in the corporate childcare space. The primary focus of this role is lead generation, corporate tie-ups, and building relationships with companies interested in setting up childcare centers or availing corporate childcare services.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify and connect with potential corporate clients for childcare partnerships and center openings.


• Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of companies through proactive outreach, especially via LinkedIn and other professional networks.


• Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target organizations.


• Understand client requirements and present EarlyVentions' solutions to meet corporate childcare needs.


• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and execution of corporate tie-ups.


• Track and report progress of business development activities and lead conversion.

Qualifications & Skills


• Proven experience in corporate business development, sales, or lead generation.


• Strong network and ability to connect with corporates, especially in Bangalore.


• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other digital tools for outreach and lead generation.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.


• Experience in the preschool or corporate childcare segment will be highly preferred.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
