Job Description

This is a remote position.

Overview :

  • 12–15 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in both agency and corporate settings.
  • Strong knowledge of technology roles and trends.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale hiring projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
