Requirements:
9+ years of commercial experience as a Salesforce engineer/developer
3+ years of commercial experience as a Lead Salesforce engineer
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
Have a solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and security model and know how to use it
Have experience building solutions for business problems with the standard Salesforce ecosystem as well as developing custom applications using Apex , Lightning Components , and Visualforce
Have experience designing data models, user interfaces, business logic, and security for custom apps within Salesforce
Have experience integrating with external RESTful APIs as well as providing RESTful APIs for bespoke Salesforce functionality
Have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and solution architecture and a keen eye for simplicity
Have attention to detail when developing solutions
Have the ability to break down and communicate complex problems in simple terms
Have a deep understanding of the delivery lifecycle from development to release into production and have knowledge of the available environments and how to use them best
Upper-intermediate English (both spoken and written)
Nice to have:
Experience designing, developing, and running production-grade systems at medium scale for multi-tenanted systems
Understanding of other Salesforce offerings like Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud
Experience in implementing and developing salesforce deployments within Financial Services and related domains
Have a very good understanding and experience in continuous integration and deployment
automation

Responsibilities:
What you will be doing
Evaluate product requirements for operational feasibility and create detailed specifications & tech designs based on user stories.
Contribute to design/code reviews for quality assurance.
Hands-on participation in development and bug fixing as well as write well-designed, testable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and follows standard coding conventions.
Monitor and report technical execution progress as well as all technical issues, risk or mitigation plan in a timely manner.
Use your salesforce knowledge and experience to build the right solutions on Salesforce
Managing time and tasks effectively to complete assigned duties within the scheduled timings
