1. Drive CRM ExcellenceTailor and enhance
Finacle CRM
to deliver superior customer engagement and operational efficiency.Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of the CRM system to align with business goals.2. Build Data-Driven StrategiesDevelop real-time dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to empower decision-making.Use customer insights and predictive analytics to help drive personalized banking experiences.3. Streamline Sales and ServiceAutomate lead management, campaign tracking, and service resolution to deliver faster and more personalized interactions.Collaborate with sales teams to enable smarter cross-selling, upselling, and pipeline tracking.4. Ensure Robust Data GovernanceMaintain data integrity, ensuring CRM databases meet regulatory compliance and privacy standards.Champion policies for data accuracy and quality control.5. Be a Problem-Solving ChampionTroubleshoot technical challenges in real-time, ensuring smooth CRM operations.Partner with Infosys and internal teams to implement updates, patches, and new features.6. Lead Stakeholder EngagementAct as the go-to expert for translating business needs into innovative CRM solutions.Train and mentor users to maximize Finacle CRM’s potential.Who You AreYour ExpertiseFinacle CRM Expertise : Proven experience with
