We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRE Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) system to improve customer engagement, enhance sales efforts, and drive overall business growth. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure CRM data is accurate and up-to-date, while also implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM System Management:
Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring that all customer data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Data Entry & Reporting:
Ensure proper data entry and assist in generating reports for sales and marketing teams to analyze customer behavior and trends.
- Customer Segmentation:
Work on segmenting customers based on data to help target campaigns and outreach strategies more effectively.
- Lead Management:
Help track leads, monitor conversion rates, and ensure that customer follow-ups are performed on time.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Training & Support:
Provide CRM system training and support to team members as needed.
- System Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to the CRM system for better functionality and efficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
