**Job Title: CRM Bitrix Specialist**
**Overview**:
We are seeking a CRM Bitrix Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) processes using Bitrix24.
**Position Summary**:
As a CRM Bitrix Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining our CRM system powered by Bitrix24. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our CRM meets the needs of our organization and assists in achieving our business objectives. Your expertise in Bitrix24 will be crucial in enhancing our customer engagement and sales processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Bitrix24 Configuration and Customization**:_
Customize and configure Bitrix24 CRM modules to align with the company's specific needs.
Create custom fields, workflows, and automation processes to improve efficiency.
- **User Training and Support**:_
Train team members on using Bitrix24 CRM effectively.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM users.
- **Data Management and Integration**:_
Manage and ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
Integrate Bitrix24 with other tools and systems as needed for seamless data flow.
- **Process Improvement**:_
Collaborate with different departments to identify opportunities for process improvement using Bitrix24.
Implement automation and workflows to optimize sales and marketing processes.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:_
Generate and analyze CRM reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for decision-making.
Create dashboards and visual representations of data for management review.
- **Security and Data Privacy**:_
Implement security best practices to protect sensitive customer data.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- **Stay Updated**:_
Keep abreast of Bitrix24 updates and new features.
Recommend and implement relevant updates to the CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience with Bitrix24 CRM administration and configuration.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Bitrix24 CRM are preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 5 per week
**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,200.00 per hour
