What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

1. Drive CRM Excellence
Tailor and enhance Finacle CRM to deliver superior customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of the CRM system to align with business goals.
2. Build Data-Driven Strategies
Develop real-time dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to empower decision-making.
Use customer insights and predictive analytics to help drive personalized banking experiences.
3. Streamline Sales and Service
Automate lead management, campaign tracking, and service resolution to deliver faster and more personalized interactions.
Collaborate with sales teams to enable smarter cross-selling, upselling, and pipeline tracking.
4. Ensure Robust Data Governance
Maintain data integrity, ensuring CRM databases meet regulatory compliance and privacy standards.
Champion policies for data accuracy and quality control.
5. Be a Problem-Solving Champion
Troubleshoot technical challenges in real-time, ensuring smooth CRM operations.
Partner with Infosys and internal teams to implement updates, patches, and new features.
6. Lead Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the go-to expert for translating business needs into innovative CRM solutions.
Train and mentor users to maximize Finacle CRM’s potential.

Finacle CRM Expertise : Proven experience with Finacle CRM configurations, customizations , and integrations.
Tech Savvy : Proficient in SQL, APIs, and data integration techniques to create robust solutions.
Banking Acumen : Strong knowledge of lead management, campaign optimization, and service delivery processes within the banking industry.
