Role: Enterprise Sales Manager
Location: Gurgaon/ Mumbai / Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Enterprise Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise sales for Times Prime, contributing to revenue generation, and facilitating subscriber growth. The candidate will be responsible for selling Times Prime memberships in bulk quantities to corporate clients, particularly in the BFSI, retail, and other industries.
Actively identify opportunities and build a high-value sales pipeline.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of Times Prime to potential clients.
Establish rapport with key stakeholders, understand their business needs and pain points and employ a consultative selling approach.
Position Times Prime as a strategic partner, offering value beyond transactional interactions.
Develop win-win strategies in sales proposals that align with the interests of Times Prime and its clients.
Exhibit flexibility and resilience during negotiation processes.
Navigate complex negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with clients to ensure timely and effective campaign management.
Operationally sound account management skills, including sales forecasting and ensuring timely payments.
Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of market dynamics.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients fostering long-term connections through effective communication and personalized engagement.
Minimum Qualification:
A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in subscription sales/business development in a B2C company.
Strong interpersonal, sales, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Quick learner with the capability to work independently with minimal guidance.
