We are looking for a highly motivated
Enterprise Sales Manager
to join our Gurugram team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and driving enterprise-level business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to large-scale businesses.Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals.Identify and target new enterprise customers across industries.Client Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.Pipeline ManagementManage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.Regularly update forecasts and deliver accurate reporting to leadership.Collaboration and Stakeholder EngagementWork with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and product solutions tailored to client requirements.Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.Market InsightsStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.Share insights with leadership to refine product offerings and sales strategies.Requirements
Experience : 5-8 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in Large Enterprise Sales or Account ManagementEducation : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Skills :Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Location : Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram.Network : Established relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in enterprise companies.
