TopHire is on a mission to connect the best Indian tech talent with leading companies. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts and grow our client base in Mumbai. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring our clients have a seamless experience using TopHire.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow our client base in Mumbai.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, and conduct outbound sales efforts to expand our network of clients.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and present TopHire as the optimal solution.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our product, focusing on how TopHire's curated tech talent can address client challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal talent advocacy team to align client needs with available candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends and competitors, sharing insights with the team to refine sales strategies.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the HR or recruitment tech industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Mumbai market and tech industry trends is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
