Business Development For Client Acquisition – IT Staffing

Experience: 2 to 5 years in Business Development & Client Acquisition.
Summary:You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients.
This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
Candidates from the IT Solutions / IT Sales industry will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and prospects
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs
Manage and maintain a pipeline, tracking all client interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Continuously enhance your knowledge of our services to communicate their benefits to clients effectively.
Travel within the location will be required to meet with clients and prospects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
Proven track record of successful new client acquisition
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for Business Development
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
