As a Business Development Manager for Staffing, your primary role would be to drive the growth of the staffing business by identifying and developing new business opportunities
Your responsibilities may include:
- Research: Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, understanding their staffing needs, and assessing the competition.
- Generation: Proactively reaching out to potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, networking events, and leveraging social media.
