Key Responsibilities
1 Business Development & Opportunity IdentificationResearch new markets, identify growth opportunities, and generate leads.Build and maintain long-term client relationships.2 Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementInitiate outreach, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.Strengthen existing client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.3 Market Research & Competitive AnalysisAnalyze trends and competitors, positioning the company for a competitive edge.4 Sales & Revenue GrowthMeet revenue targets and track performance metrics for accurate forecasting.5 Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with internal teams to align strategies, providing insights to improve products and services.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent presentation and networking skills.Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in (industry-specific knowledge if applicable).Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and business development targets.
