Role & responsibilities:
- The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, achieving sales targets and revenue growth in the assigned geographic region/territory.- Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, providing training to customers, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.- This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Pune requires frequent travelling to assigned region.- The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and nurturing Key accounts- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations, and gain trust providing exceptional customer service.- The Territory Sales Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets- Strong customer service skills and customer relations- Experience in product presentations & demonstrations- Effective sales management and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Sales experience in the laboratory equipment/instrument industry is must- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry & Management/Business studies is a plus
