Role & responsibilities:

  • The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, achieving sales targets and revenue growth in the assigned geographic region/territory.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, providing training to customers, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Pune requires frequent travelling to assigned region.
  • The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and nurturing Key accounts
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations, and gain trust providing exceptional customer service.
  • The Territory Sales Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth and success of the company.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
  • Strong customer service skills and customer relations
  • Experience in product presentations & demonstrations
  • Effective sales management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sales experience in the laboratory equipment/instrument industry is must
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry & Management/Business studies is a plus
