**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative, specializing in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) segment within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. This role is crucial in driving sales and establishing strong partnerships with key clients in the designated territory.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Penetration**: Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate the HORECA market, identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, chefs, and procurement managers within hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our FMCG products, ensuring consistent revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide clients with valuable insights and position our products competitively.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate contracts and agreements, closing deals that are mutually beneficial for both the company and clients.
- **Forecasting and Reporting**: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, detailing market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance metrics.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a proactive approach to customer needs.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and fulfillment of client requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the FMCG sector, HORECA market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, with a focus on creating mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Self-Motivation**: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and adapt to a dynamic market environment.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
