Nippetals is a global brand (Shopify + marketplaces) in adhesive bras, nipple covers, and boob tape—scaling fast across India, the U.S., and beyond. We’re looking for a full-stack growth owner to take us

You’ll own (end-to-end):
•
Meta:
Full-funnel build, exclusions, creative/offer testing, budget pacing to CAC/ROAS/MER
•
Google:
Search, PMax, YouTube; query sculpting, asset groups, Shopping feed hygiene
•
Amazon:
SP/SB/SD; keyword & ASIN harvesting, dayparting, placement multipliers, TACoS
•
Analytics (your #1 skill):
GA4, GTM, clean UTMs, blended vs platform ROAS, contribution margin, LTV/cohorts; automate dashboards in Sheets/Looker Studio
•
CRO & Landing Pages:
Identify leaks, ship A/B tests, lift CVR/AOV with tight ad→page→offer fit
•
Creative Engine:
Brief UGC/influencers, rapid learning cadence, clear hypotheses + next actions
What success looks like (first 90 days):
0–30: Audit + stabilize tracking/structure, stand up one source of truth, launch 6–10 tests
31–60: Restructure for efficiency, pace to MER, launch 2–3 high-intent LPs, tighten Amazon TACoS
61–90: Automate reporting, set quarterly roadmap, compound MoM growth with clear rituals
Must-haves:
• 3–7+ years
hands-on-keyboard
across Meta/Google/Amazon (brand or performance agency)
• Proven scale with
₹5L–₹30L+/mo
budgets to profitable outcomes
• Fluent in
GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets
(pivots, queries, regex)
• Built creative testing systems (hook hierarchy, first-3-seconds, offer framing)
• Real CRO wins (hypothesis → test → lift → rollout)
• Exceptionally
organized : naming conventions, test logs, calendars, SOPs
