We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Process Head to lead our agent-side operations in the overseas education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our agent network, establishing strong partnerships, and driving student enrollments through channel partners, education agents, and recruitment consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations, Compliance & Team Management
  • Agent & Consultant Network Management
  • B2B Partnerships & Business Development
  • Maintain and improve CRM systems for agent tracking, performance analysis and student applications.

Key Requirements:

  • 3- 5 +years of experience in B2B sales, agent management, or partnerships in overseas education.
  • Expertise in agent-side modules, CRM tools, and student recruitment technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in study abroad agencies, edtech platforms, or student recruitment firms.
  • Understanding of international admissions, visa processes, and education policies.
