Annual CTC starting from ₹5,40,000. Compensation is negotiable for the ideal candidate based on experience and qualifications.

As a Growth Executive, you will play a vital role in inbound and outbound sales operations of the organisation. Your responsibilities will primarily include:
Responsibilities
- Attending inbound calls, making outbound calls and responding to enquiries via emails.
- Booking lead meetings, building rapport, and identifying suitable service or product solutions for their needs.
- Articulate our value proposition, benefits, and suggest service solutions to address their pain points.
- Utilise CRM system for lead management, tracking, pipeline management and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with other team members & legal team to acquire knowledge and improve services.
- Prioritise and organise workload to ensure that leads are attended to in a timely fashion.
- Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
- Identifying opportunities to generate leads and efficiently utilise existing leads.
- Upskill on multiple product & service offerings as they are created and leverage prior sales knowledge to create a market offering.
- Undertake work independently with minimal supervision.
Note: Sales and phone communications skills are essential for an individual to excel in their role.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (Strictly Mandatory )
- Strong ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and problem-solve with an analytical mindset
