AMC or Mutual Fund client is looking outPOSITION: Manager / Sr. Manger – Business DevelopmentReports to (Position): SVP & Head – Business DevelopmentPosition Purpose: Managing key relationships across NDs, and Banks. Managing product recommendations and tie-ups.Principal Accountabilities: Manage key central relationships across banking & national distribution counters. Responsible for carrying and driving sales targets for the mapped relationships by coordinating with internal/ external stakeholders. Manage distribution life-cycle to complete product recommendation.Key Actionable:o Complete Empanelment & Online agreement documentationo SWOT analysis of the distributor's landscapeo Product Engagement, Communication, Product approvals & Tie-upo Pricing Strategy & Operations supporto Evaluate & present business caseo Manage and control distributor activities and pay-outs. Complete the process of AMC & Product Due Diligences with Banks and National Distributors. Liaison between internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Compliance teams) and distributors.Tracking communication, recommendation & watch-list of Banks & NDs for our fundsKnowledge, Skills, Competencies, and CertificationsCertifications NISM Series V A - Mutual Funds Distributor Module certified NISM Series XXI A - NISM PMS CertificatiedCompetencies Excellent Communication – communicates with confidence Collaboration Innovation & Continuous Improvement Client centricityAttributes Good inter-personal skills Excellent communication & presentation skills Knowledge of AMC market Good Analytical skills Effectively operate in a team-oriented and collaborative environment Highly motivated self-starter Attention to details Excellent problem-solving capabilityPreferred Industry Experience Financial Services preferably Mutual Fund sales Post-graduate with valid NISM certification. Around 8-10 years of experience
