We are now seeking a passionate and proactiveAssistant Manager – Brand Tie-Upsto join our growing business team and help us scale our brand partnerships across in-films, OTT content, TVCs, and corporate productions.Role Overview This role is ideal for someone who’s enthusiastic aboutbrand collaborations, sales strategy, and creative storytelling . You’ll work alongside senior leadership to identify opportunities, pitch ideas, and execute brand integrations that enhance both business growth and audience experience.Key Responsibilities Assist inidentifying and securing strategic brand partnershipsfor OTT projects, in-films, and digital campaigns. Support theSenior Manager and leadership teamin creating and delivering high-impact pitches and presentations. Coordinate with internalcreative, production, and marketing teamsto execute brand-integrated content seamlessly. Manage theend-to-end executionof smaller brand tie-up projects — from client briefing to final delivery. Build and maintainrelationships with clients, agencies, and corporate partnersfor ongoing collaborations. Track and report onsales performance, pitch conversions, and campaign outcomes . Research industry trends and competitor activities toidentify new business opportunities.Who You Are A passionate storyteller who enjoys connectingbrands with creative content. Someone who thrives inentertainment, advertising, or media ecosystems. Detail-oriented, organised, and excellent atclient communication and follow-ups. Confident inpresentations, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Driven to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, creative environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number ofnew brands pitched and onboardedper quarter. Timely and successfulexecution of brand tie-up deliverables. Support efficiencyin proposal creation, follow-ups, and reporting. Client and internal teamsatisfaction scoreson campaign delivery. Contribution tooverall brand partnership revenueand pipeline growth.Qualifications & Experience 2–5 yearsof experience inbrand partnerships, marketing, ad sales, or business development , preferably within OTT, production, or media. Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills. Familiarity withbrand integration, sponsorship, or campaign execution.
