Role Description

- Responsible for bringing new alliances with K12 Schools, Colleges, Universities, Coaching, Tuition, Vocational courses classes Institutes for the business development for sourcing retail customers for educational lending products.

- Responsible for achieving sales, alliances and business development targets.

- Responsible for end-to-end relationship management including training, on-boarding and grievance resolution of the allied institute staff and other officials.

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weakness of key competitor, to use competitive knowledge to assist in outbound product positioning and to set internal development priorities.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of finance and banking industry trends
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
